Pressing Bonded SmCo Magnets are made by mixing the SmCo magnetic powder with the polymer, through the mold to press and form the various shapes of magnets, which are divide into isotropic and anisotropic by magnetic field orientation, anisotropic would be higher performance than isotropic.
Typical characteristics: The Bonded SmCo magnets not only have characteristics of high accuracy and various shapes, but also have strong corrosion resistance, generally without surface treatment; as well as the temperature stability.
Injection SmCo Magnets are made by mixing the SmCo magnetic powder with polymer plastics (such as PA, PPS, etc.), Applying the magnetic field orientation during the molding process and inject various shapes of magnets.
Typical characteristics: One time forming the complex shape, forming the shape with the shaft or bushings one time to reduce assembly processes and improve assembly accuracy. With have high temperature stability and strong corrosion resistance, generally no need surface treatment.
