Magnetic Assembly: A Magnetic Assembly incorporates magnet and non-magnet materials with specific magnetic patterns, shapes, and field strengths designed to optimize the magnetic circuit for maximum performance. Components typically use adhesives to bond small components together to achieve certain functions that independent magnets cannot achieve. Magnetic components not only enhance the strength of the magnetic field, but also provide good protection for fragile magnets. They can be used in a variety of applications including wind power, industrial automation, automotive industries etc.


Types of Our Magnetic Assembly

Magnetic Coupling

  • This coupling is a synchronous version that inherently results in a 1:1 relationship between the motion of the driver and follower. As taught in grade schools, like magnetic poles (North-North and South-South) repel each other while opposite poles (North-South) attract, synchronous couplings exploit these “attractive” and “repulsive” characteristics to produce motion. By placing an array of alternating pole permanent magnets (N-S-N-S) on the driver and an equivalent array of alternating pole permanent magnets on the follower, a “coupled” magnetic circuit is produced with each North and South pole in the driver linked to each respective South and North pole of the follower. As the driver moves with respect to the follower, the magnet poles start to overlap one another, leading to a “push-pull” effect and consequent motion.

Application: 

  • The magnetic coupling is a special form of sealing that is possible without rotating seal surfaces. That is why these are also described as “seal-less pumps”. With the magnetic coupling, the product space and atmosphere are hermetically separated from each other through static seals; the torque is not transferred through a classic shaft connection, but rather only through magnetic field coupling from the drive to the pump. The magnetic coupling works without slip (synchronous magnetic coupling). This means that the pump speed always corresponds to the drive speed as long as the maximum transferable torque is not exceeded.

Magnetic Filter Bar

Application: 

  • Magnetic rods are mainly used in magnetic separators made of magnetic structures, which can effectively absorb iron impurities and small metal particles in loose or flowing raw materials.

Features: 

  • The standard cylindrical magnetic rod produced by Ningbo Lihe Magnet has a diameter of 25mm (1 inch). The length can be processed according to customer requirements, and the longest can reach 2500mm. Square or other different shapes and sizes of magnetic rods are also available.

  • The magnetic rods usually use 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel tubes, and the surface can be polished to meet the special requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and other fields.

  • The maximum operating temperature of the conventional products of Lihe Magnet is 80℃. For the special needs of customers, we can provide products with a maximum operating temperature of 350℃.

  • Ningbo Lihe Inc. has diversified two-end designs-pointed ends, threaded holes, studs, etc.

  • We uses NdFeB permanent magnets and different grades of rare earth permanent magnets to produce magnetic bars with different magnetometers to meet the needs of customers. The maximum magnetometer of the D25mm magnet bar can reach 12000GS.

Description: 

  • Magnets with PTFE(Teflon) coating. White colour.

  • Material: inside Alnico/NdFeB magnet, outside Teflon.

  • Magnets with PTFE have special advantages like, High remanence, high coercive force ,high energy. Maximum working temperature: 350 degree centigrade.

Magnetic Filer

Applicatons: 

  • The magnetic stand is installed or simply placed in a storage, drawer box, hopper, etc., to capture and remove iron filings, iron chips and other metal materials. For high-wear materials applications, special mentions are required

Features: 

  • The material of the rack and pipe is 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.

  • The standard magnetic frame consists of a metal frame and a 25mm diameter magnetic rod arranged at a distance of 50mm from the center, then screwed and assembled or welded.

  • The surface can be polished to meet the requirements of food or pharmaceutical use levels.

  • Standard working temperature ≤80℃, under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.

  • Ordinary type, easy-to-clean type, guide rod or guide plate type, square, round and other special specifications required by customers can be provided.
